It is 5 minutes walking distance to the Eco 2 Supermarket .and 8 minutes walking distance to the University Sains Malaysia Hospital, the Banks such as Bank Simpan Malaysia,Cimb Bank Bhd,Maybank bhd,RHB Bank Bhd and local Malay food stalls ,Pizza Hut and Econ save and Mydin supermarket. It takes 5 minutes drive to the Billion Shopping Mall and KB Shopping Mall and 8 minutes drive to the Kota Bharu City centre.

We have beautifully decorated rooms, a guest kitchen equipped modern cooking facilities for the guest who prefer to do their own cooking as well as spacious living room equipped with  TV n TV box  ( all the world channels) at your own free time.. We also offer internet access (WIFI) , helping you to stay close to your family and friends at home!
